Organically Cultivated Varieties
We currently offer four varieties of Oyster mushrooms, serving a range of tastes and culinary presentations. Each variety has its own unique traits, yet all are delicious and offer many health benefits.
The Italian Oyster is our heartiest mushroom, with large, earthy brown caps and plump stems. They feature a mild flavor and are perfect for those who prefer more robust mushrooms.
Pink Oyster mushrooms have a mild, refreshing ocean scent. Hailing from South-East Asia, they make beautiful
and delicious accents to many dishes.
Grey Dove Oysters are native to North America and form large clusters with perfectly rounded edges and fleshy caps. They feature a fresh, earthy taste, perfect for a variety of dishes.
Po Hu Oyster mushrooms originated from South-East China and are new to commercial cultivation. They are large, ochre-colored mushrooms most closely resembling oyster shells.
